The families of teenagers missing after a tragic fire at a bar in a Swiss ski resort are facing an painful period of uncertainty for official news and requesting any details about their family members publicly.
The fire ripped through the Le Constellation bar in Cans-Montana, located in the Swiss Alps of the Valais region, in the small hours of January 1st. Verified images depict the roof structure being engulfed in flames as bottles with fireworks are raised in celebration.
Officials have warned that it could take days if not weeks to formally name the fatalities of the fire, which killed four dozen individuals and injured another scores more.
